What are my payment options?

Sales tax is not charged unless the order is shipping within California.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In stock orders will be processed in 2-4 days, and will be received in approximately 1-2 weeks depending on where you are located. You will receive an email confirming your tracking number, and contact information to help you track your shipment. If and item is out of stock it may take up to 4-6 weeks to receive your order.
How and where do you ship?
We ship via road freight to all 50 states and Canada. Our shipping company provides curbside delivery. Customers will be contacted via telephone 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment and will need to be present to receive and sign for the item.
What if something arrives damaged?
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are missing parts, we will replace them immediately, and offer any instructions you may need. We do our best to design and package products so that our products arrive in good shape, but sometimes damages do occur. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us within 5 days to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please note any damage to the exterior package when signing for your item upon delivery. Keep all of the original packing materials. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more detailed information.
What is your return policy?
Ifyou would like to return your purchase you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. If the product is damaged or defective we will send a replacement or issue a full refund for the order. If the return is not due to damage or defect the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus a 25% restocking fee. Once we have received the item back at our warehouse we will issue the refund minus the shipping and restocking fees. The product must be unassembled, in its original packaging and in fully resellable condition.
